This class is a fun way to fitness for new aerialists, experienced aerialists and non-aerialists alike. The class incorporates the use of aerial apparatuses and floor exercises to create a whole body workout focusing on increasing strength, endurance and flexibility. Exercises are tailored to the individual students, and keep the focus on correct form, muscle engagement and shoulder stability. (Description from the Aircraft Aerial Arts website)

This is an 8 week session and registration for the session is required, but sometimes there is space for a drop-in. Email to find out when the next session begins or if there is a drop in available.
