Personal Fitness Training

My approach to training with you involves finding movements that you enjoy doing to make training fun and interesting.

During your first meeting with me, I will take you through the Functional Movement Screen. This is a movement assessment to see where you are moving well and where there are areas for improvement for optimal health. During the following appointment, we will begin performing the corrective exercises to help you begin to move optimally.

One-hour training sessions are centered around your goals as well as developing optimal movement patterns to have you moving though your training sessions as well as your daily life like a champion!

Training Sessions offered

  • One-on-One, in my home or yours (depending on distance)
  • Very Small Group (2-3 people), in my home or yours (depending on distance)
  • Online Training Sessions via Skype
