Workshop: Power Up Your Rotator Cuff!

The rotator cuff muscles, like all muscles, need to be progressively challenged to become stronger and thus more stable for optimal
shoulder health. This workshop will take you through a progressive strength training protocol for your rotator cuff to keep the circus artist/athlete shoulders strong and to help reduce the potential for injury.

We’ll warm-up and get right into doing the exercises with time to practice form and have questions answered. You’ll leave with a well balanced strengthening program for your rotator cuff and with the knowledge of how to progressively increase the resistance to strengthen your ‘cuff’. Bring a note taking device to record all the info.
